School Budget Season Is Here....
It's time for the municipal government version of the Major League Baseball's opening day: Tuesday is the start of budget season, at least in Cheshire, with Superintendent of Schools Greg Florio presenting his proposed spending plan to the town's Board of Education.
Florio will unveil his proposed budget Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Dodd Middle School. Following the budget presentation meeting, resident will have three or possibly four opportunities to hear the budget discussed in detail and ask their own questions.
After Florio's budget presentation on Tuesday, here is the schedule for the remainder of the budget-making process in Cheshire.
