The East Wallingford Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a ziti dinner Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at its headquarters on Kondracki Lane.

The cost of the dinner is $5 per person. Bill Celata, the department's chief, said money raised from the dinner will be used to help train firefighters as well as purchase equipment.

The department is located at 2 Kondracki Lane.
